Established in 1980, The Village Mane Salon has had a rich history of very dedicated owners and always being a nurturing ground for talent and beautiful styles.

Each owner has lovingly passed the torch to a skilled stylist within our salon family. Most Recently in 2024, Andrea and Haley took the reign, continuing our tradition of excellence for years to come.

Andrea
Salon Owner | Hairstylist
Andrea has been employed by the Village Mane Salon for 29 years. A Paterno cosmetology school graduate in 1996. She has started assisting in the salon to getting behind the chair. She has numerous certifications over the years from the Redken Exchange a top of the line school in Manhattan NYC. She enjoys doing all aspects in the hair industry and keeps her education current as styles and trends are always changing. When she's not running the salon or taking clients, you can find Andrea in the gym working out.
Haley
Salon Owner | Lash Artist | Hairstylist
Haley has been doing hair since 2016. She graduated from Sussex Tech in 2015 where she started assisting in salon during her junior year. As her love of hair grew so did her love for lashes. Haley is always taking classes to update her education in hair and lashes. Haley is a certified Bellami Pro Hair Extension Specialist. She loves doing big transformations with hair color, updos, and anything lashes of course. Outside of running the salon and taking clients, she loves spending time with family and her Frenchie, building her dream home on 25 acres, and drinking a nice cold brew coffee.
Sarah
Hairstylist
Sarah graduated from Christine Valmy in 2019 and has been a dedicated stylist at The Village Mane for 6 years. Passionate about all aspects of hair, she finds most joy in highlighting, color, and updos. Sarah loves getting to know all of her clients! She's the blonding queen! Outside of work, Sarah is planning her August 2025 wedding and loves to put on her boots to go line dancing.
Samantha
Hairstylist
Sam is passionate about transforming hair through expert color services, from dramatic makeovers to subtle maintenance. Whether you're seeking corrective color, a complete transformation, or simply maintaining your perfect shade, Sam's technical expertise ensures stunning results. Beyond color, Sam creates glamorous blowouts and styles perfect for special occasions. With a focus on hair health, Sam specializes in keratin treatments, gray blending, and provides luxurious scalp massages enhanced with acidic bonding treatments to keep your hair looking and feeling its best. Outside of work, Sam loves cooking, crafting, working on her garden, or adventuring in the woods.
Marie
Hairstylist
With 28 years of experience in the hair industry, Marie has a passion for color and a talent for teaching. As a former owner of the salon, she enjoys teaching clients how to feel and look their best in and out of the salon, as well as supporting her coworkers. Marie is always there if you need another eye or advice on how to achieve the best outcome. Beyond her work, she enjoys exploring new cuisines in the kitchen, reading a good book, and traveling
Michelle B.

Michelle B. is a passionate hairstylist specializing in perms- both spiral and stacked. She loves adding texture and volume to hair with her expect techniques. She excels in highlights using a cap method and is skilled in blending grey to enhance natural beauty. She also enjoys cutting shag, wedge, and bob styles. When she's not working you can find Michelle swimming or enjoying a day boating.

With over 30 years of experience in the hair industry, Diane has been passionate about creating stunning cuts and colors since 1993. Her dedication to staying updated with the latest trends and techniques ensures that every client leaves feeling confident and beautiful. Outside the salon, she enjoys cooking, bringing creativity and flavor into her kitchen just as she does both hair.

Debbie has over 30 years experience in the hair industry. With a love for cutting and styling short hair, she excels in her passion. She takes great pride in her craft. When she's not in the salon, she enjoys shopping and cherishes precious memories and quality time with family and friends.

Hairstylist
Lori has 28 years of experience in the hair world. She is a skilled stylist who loves to create beautiful sun-kissed looks with foiling. She brings a touch of sunshine to every clients' hair. Passionate about helping others feel their best, she combines her knowledge of hair and her creativity to make beautiful looks. Outside of the salon, she loves sitting on the beach with a cold drink, enjoying the beauty and sunshine.
Michele M.

Michele M has been in the hair industry since 1978. Moving to Sussex County in 1988, she started working in the area in 1990. She loves doing all aspects of her work, but especially loves color, precision cutting, perms, and blow-drying styles. Michele enjoys great conversations with clients. She is committed to caring for all clients, which most, she's known for the past 34 years. She's looks forward to meeting new clients and building a salon relationship with them! Although she loves work, she especially loves spending time with her grandchildren here in NJ and in California.

With 33 years of experience in the beauty industry, Bridget specializes in nails and hair. Creating stunning updos and flawless wedding/prom makeup looks are two of her favorite things. She is known for her extensive and crazy nail art she does on clients' nails. When she's not transforming looks and nails, she loves embracing the outdoors, riding side by sides and 4-wheelers, and trap shooting.

With over 25 years of experience in the nail industry, Magi enjoys every aspect of her work. Passionate about creating beautiful nails, she takes pride in providing exceptional services to her clients. Outside of work, she loves indulging in Cadbury Eggs during the holiday season and cherishes time with her beloved German Shepard babies.

With nearly 30 years of dedicated experience, Chris has built a thriving career rooted in her passion for her clients. She finds her favorite part of doing nails is her relationship she built with her clients over the years. Besides doing beautiful nails, Chris loves the social aspect of the job. Outside of work, Chris cherishes time with her family.

Lisa has 30 years of experience in the nail industry, with a passion of her craft, she enjoys all things nails. Her dedication to her clients and love for the artistry of nails shines through in every nail service she does. Outside of work, she is an animal lover, especially a devoted dog lover. Her furry companions are a huge part of her life who bring joy to her daily life.

Erika L. is a recent graduate of Sussex Tech, class of 2023, she's 19 and currently perfecting her skills in lashes and nails. Erika is super passionate in learning her new skill sets. You can often find her behind the shampoo bowl, providing clients with a relaxing experience. In her free time, Erika enjoys hiking with her puppy and sipping on sweet tea, embracing the beauty of nature and relaxation.
